Thalassa Lucas was king of Ilisia in the Westblue. Eight years ago, the World Conference was held in the Holy Land of Mary Geoise, where he warned of the danger posed by Dragon. At the 1524 conference, however, Cezar attended, making Thalassa Lucas no longer King of Ilisia.
