Tabi is a member of Buena Festa’s festival pirate gang.

Appearance
Tabi is a middle-aged man of average height. He has shoulder-length blond hair and light beard fuzz on his chin. He wears the typical uniform of the Festival Pirates, consisting of a purple uniform jacket, red and black striped pants, dark boots, white gloves, and an armband on his upper left arm. Unlike the rest of the members, however, with the exception of the captain, he wears a red helmet instead of a purple one, which also features the Jolly Roger of his pirate gang on the front.
Present
Tabi made only a brief appearance. When the Straw Hat Pirates reached Delta Island on the day of the Pirates Festival, Tabi informed Buena Festa, who enthusiastically ran across the tables to the windows and spotted the Thousand Sunny with binoculars. He was particularly concerned with the straw-hatted captain, Monkey D. Luffy.
