Stroganoff is one of the 50 regents who attended the 1524 Conference of Kings. He is the King of Beef.
At the round table, the regents talked about Wano and also about Monkey D. Luffy. Stroganoff wondered if he was planning to attack Kaidou next after the failed assassination attempt on Big Mom.
