Seamars is the captain of the space pirate gang. Together with this, he caused big explosions on the moon, which led to Dr. Tsukimi choking on his food and dying on Earth. The latter’s inventions, hamster-like robotic creatures, therefore flew to the moon to fight the pirates under Seamars, but they clearly lost. Some time later, Enel also reached the moon and summarily destroyed Seamars, as well as his people and equipment.
