Saru is the pet of Princess Shalria and thus belongs to the World Nobles.
Although he is a dog, he has already perfectly adapted to the customs of his masters and just like them treats everyone else like dirt and so he just pees on the heavily wounded lying on the ground Devil Dias. Furthermore, he has, like all World Nobles, a soap bubble as a helmet on, so he does not have to breathe the same air as everyone else.
