Rikka is still quite small according to his young age. He has blue-green, shaggy hair and wears a pink hat with a white hatband. He wears his light green shirt with an orange floral pattern open. He has blue jeans on with it, fastened with a brown belt, and brown shoes. He has some scratches on his face and a chipped tooth.
Personality
He is a very hardworking boy who, among other things, sells flowers and helps out at the restaurant to pay off debts. However, in the meantime he had lost his hope and especially his will to fight. For him, salvation consisted only in money. However, through Luffy, he gained new courage and selflessly jumped into an attack to protect Luffy. In the end, he regained his fighting spirit.
He reacts to robots just as enthusiastically as Luffy with twinkling eyes.
History
When the Straw Hat Pirates of Baccarat were brought to the center, Rikka, Tempo and other children rushed up to them and wanted to sell them flowers. This was against the background that they wanted to settle their families’ debts, which was why they demanded a shockingly high sum. However, Baccarat shooed them away. After the Straw Hats sat down with Carina in Double Down’s restaurant and talked about their plan, Tempo, who was working there together with Rikka, unintentionally ran into the leg of one of Gild Tesoro’s henchmen. The latter then came down hard on her and raised the debt, which is why Rikka also got involved. Eventually the man tried to punch the boy, but Double Down held out his hand and apologized for the children. When the men had left again and Rikka and the other staff were concerned for his well being, he just told them that everything was okay and to get back to work. Luffy then addressed them as to why they didn’t show the guys, but Rikka only replied that it was no use and ran out of the restaurant.
After Luffy lost the battle against Tesoro at the Central Den-den Mushi, Rikka watched this as well. Hopelessly, he told Tempo that he was right and fighting was hopeless. But after he saw how the Straw Hats tricked Gild Tesoro and prepared for the final fight, he also regained his courage. When Spandam tried to stab Luffy, who was tied up with a sea stone spike chain, with Funkfreed, he jumped in with a pipe and repelled the attack. However, the tide turned again and Tesoro threatened to drown everyone on the Gran Tesoro in gold. The gold was already rising above Rikka’s waist, but in the end Luffy was able to win against Gild Tesoro and save everyone present. Rikka cheered him on confidently and rejoiced afterwards.
After Luffy’s victory, however, a countdown started, which apparently initiated the self-destruction mechanism of the ship. Rikka and Tempo tried to escape, but stones blocked their way, which Franky removed. Finally they managed to escape and from a ship they watched together with Double Down how the countdown ran down, but there was no explosion, only fireworks.
