Oran is Olvia’s brother and took in his, then infant, niece Robin after Olvia left on her ship as an archaeologist. Unlike his wife Roji, he was a bit more considerate with his niece. He is the father of a daughter himself (Mizuira). He was probably killed in the Buster Call.
