Storyline
The CP9 agents have not been stopped by the Straw Hat Pirates and have set Iceburg’s house on fire. While Iceburg’s associates try to put out the fire and are in the dark about the fate of their boss, Lucci and his men are looking for Franky to steal the plans for the Pluton wonder weapon from him. The is with Usopp and the Going Merry in his secret lair and offers him his friendship.
