Storyline
The people from the CP9 and Nico Robin find out that only a fake blueprint of the warship Pluton has fallen into their hands and that the real blueprint must be with Franky, the scrapper. Iceburg had given the blueprint years ago to the legendary shipbuilder Tom’s second journeyman. His name was Cutty Framm and he had supposedly perished. In reality, however, he had assumed a new identity as Franky. Just at that moment, the unsuspecting pirates burst in looking for Nico Robin.
