Storyline
While Conis tries to make the people of Skypiea understand that Enel plans to destroy them and their home, Luffy finds his horribly battered friends in the ruined city and sets out in pursuit of Enel. No one will listen to Conis, they are all just waiting for God’s lightning to strike them as punishment, but eventually she is able to convince them of the danger they are in and Commander McKinley prepares to evacuate. After a brief search, Luffy discovers the Maxim Ark and confronts Enel for battle. Enel is so stunned that his lightning can’t hurt the well-insulated Luffy that he is surprised by Luffy’s attack and is temporarily knocked out.
