Storyline
Smoker, Luffy and his friends storm the Golden Rain Casino to get even with the crocodile. In the process, they get caught in a trap and end up in a cage. Vivi is still in town looking for her friends when suddenly Miss Bloody Sunday shows up to take her to the casino as well. That’s when Pell appears and messes with the Baroque agent. Vivi goes to the casino to take on the crocodile, but she has no idea that he also has devil powers and is outmatched. The crocodile seems to be almost at the goal of his dreams and Operation Utopia is on.
