Storyline
In this episode, we learn how Chopper ended up with Dr. Kureha. Chopper learns that Dr. Hiriluk is seriously ill and wants to save him. He sets out to find a witch’s mushroom that supposedly can cure all diseases. He actually manages to find the mushroom and bring it to Dr. Hiriluk. In the process, he also expresses his wish to become a doctor himself. Dr. Hiriluk then asks Dr. Kureha to take the little reindeer as an apprentice.
