Storyline
Luffy has arrived above the Justice Tower, where he last saw Spandam with Robin and the CP9, and finds no one else. Still, he knows where Spandam wants to take Robin and makes his way to the Gate of Justice.
Justice Tower, Kaku’s room: Kaku regrets not seeing Zoro’s true power in the Galley-La Mansion. The latter thinks that he has become even stronger in the meantime. Kaku now draws his two swords, and Zoro thinks he’s fighting with the two-sword style. Kaku corrects him after his rankyaku against Zoro and says that it is the four sword style. This is followed by an exchange of blows between the two. Zoro applies 72 Pound Hou, which Kaku counters with Rankyaku Hakurai. The blades clash more times and Kaku says the fight is fun. Zoro denies this and says he has no time for jokes. Kaku attacks Zoro with the Rankyaku Ran, which Zoro is able to deflect, however the room gets quite a bit of damage in the process. Kaku now presents Zoro his newly acquired powers.
Justice Tower, Jabra’s room: Sogeking stands in front of the sleeping Jabra and wonders why the place looks like a garden. He now focuses on the key that is still in front of Jabra. He wants to sneak up slowly but suddenly a rooster appears in front of him. Sogeking and the rooster stare at each other first before the animal squints its eyes and starts crowing. Sogeking, who has previously ordered the rooster in his mind not to crow, is surprised at how the rooster crows. This one “chirps” much more and Sogeking cries out. This wakes up Jabra, who picks up the key in front of him and slams Sogeking into a wall!
Jabra recognizes him as the gunman who set the World Government flag on fire. Jabra demonstrates his devilish power to Sogeking: dog-dog-fruit, model: wolf! Jabra transforms into this as well and wants to kill Sogeking. Sogeking picks up his weapon Kabuto and wants to fight Jabra despite seemingly hopeless situation. Suddenly, the ceiling starts to crumble and a giraffe and Zoro crash down. Jabra recognizes the giraffe: Kaku! This one actually wanted to transform into half animal, half human, however this didn’t work out and has become a whole giraffe. Sogeking is stunned and shocked to see a talking giraffe crash through the ceiling, and Zoro is distracted by the wolf.
