Luffy & Trafalgar Law vs Don Quixote Doflamingo, Trébol & Bellamy

Luffy & Trafalgar Law vs Donquixote Doflamingo & Trebol: 1st fight

While Operation SOP is still in progress, Luffy and Kyros infiltrate Donquixote Doflamingo’s palace for the first time to free Trafalgar Law and Riku Doldo III, who are being held captive there. They succeed in doing so, but after an initial brief exchange of blows with Doflamingo, they are kicked out of the building by Pica and his devilish powers. Pica turns into a giant stone golem and blocks the way of the intruders, together with the other officers of the Donquixote pirate gang.

Trebol covers law with glue

However, with the help of their nakama and the other former participants in the tournament at the Corrida Colosseum, Luffy and Law are able to make their way to Doflamingo once again. Once at the palace, they finally confront the Samurai of the Seas, who is accompanied by Trebol and has also used his powers to control Bellamy.

Law surprises Trebol

The severely wounded state of the “Hyena” sends Luffy into a furious rage, so he immediately lunges at his opponent, who, however, protects himself with Bellamy. Despite Law’s warnings that Doflamingo is a specialist in irritating his opponent until they act rashly, the straw hat continues to attack the enemy.

The latter therefore creates a thread doppelganger of himself to keep his opponents occupied, and indeed it seems that Luffy lashes out so precipitously that one of his attacks is accidentally aimed in Law’s direction. As it turns out, however, this rampage was only meant to distract Donquixote, allowing Law to create a “Room” around him.

The Alliance actually succeeds in this through their trick, with the result that Law is able to swap places with Doflamingo in a flash, who is then hit hard by a Gomu Gomu no Red Hawk. At the same time, Law uses his “Radio Knife” technique to incapacitate Trebol for the time being.

Trafalgar Law gets by “Fullbright”

This interim setback, however, causes Donquixote only slight pain, which is revealed when Law wants to give Trebol the rest. The attack of the “Surgeon of Death” is blocked by the Samurai of the Seas with ease and also pierces his opponent with his attack “Fullbright”. Even the quickly intervening Luffy cannot prevent this, but is instead tied up by Doflamingo’s strings.

Doflamingo then sits back for the moment and sends Bellamy and his doppelganger into battle in his place. The rubber boy cleverly deflects the hyena’s sword blows with a Gomu Gomu no Tako Stomp, but is then sent through the palace wall to the outside by Doflamingo’s clone, where he must continue the fight alone.

Likewise, Trafalgar Law is now on his own in the duel with Doflamingo.

After Donquixote Doflamingo has managed to separate his two opponents, Luffy and Trafalgar Law, in order to be able to continue the duel with Law, a fierce and merciless fight breaks out between the two arch-enemies. Doflamingo finally wins the battle by cutting off Law’s right arm and firing several bullets from his pistol into Law’s body.

Gomu Gomu no Hawk Gatling!

Shortly before, the fight had already been briefly disrupted when a Gomu Gomu no Jet Gatling of Luffy’s emerged from the ground, revealing the defeated thread clone Doflamingo. Only after it seems to be already too late for Law, however, can Luffy actually return to the fray. He immediately hurls a Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gun at Doflamingo, which the Samurai of the Seas easily dodges, but the attack is only a distraction to actually attack with a powerful Gomu Gomu no Hawk Gatling.

Luffy dodges Break White…

Doflamingo evades this too, however, and counters with his “Break White” technique, which Luffy again evades with lightning speed. In doing so, however, he lands in a pool of blood, which, as he is horrified to discover, comes from the apparently dead Trafalgar Law. Shocked by the motionless body of his nakama, Luffy literally explodes with rage and immediately wants to continue the fight, but before Donquixote can go on the offensive, the still very much alive Trafalgar Law suddenly switches places with the straw hat and takes the Samurai of the Seas by surprise with his attack “Gamma Knife”.

As he reports, he has unnoticed already at the beginning of the fight formed a huge “Room” around the entire battlefield, so that he can later unnoticed swap places with a dead man from the battlefield, who takes the shots Doflamingo. Now he wants to decompose the organs of his enemy by means of his attack. Trebol’s attempt to rush to his captain’s aid is prevented by Luffy, who unceremoniously kicks away the commander of the cross squad. Incredulous, however, the Alliance must soon after witness Donquixote himself rise again after this attack, having repaired his internal organs with stitches. As he is about to deal the death blow to the completely weakened Law, Luffy intervenes and takes over the fight.

…and Doflamingo escapes the Gomu Gomu no Eagle bazooka…

The opponents’ powerful king shakis clash forcefully and Luffy even manages to land a delicate hit from a gum-gum-eagle bazooka, but a devastating kick from Doflamingo also sinks in and the Straw Hats captain ultimately lands hard in one of the palace walls. Trebol in turn uses this opportunity to cement the rubber man through his glue, leaving him defenceless.

Flamingo meets Luffy with “Athlete

He also covers the still-living Law in glue, but this doesn’t stop the former Samurai of the Seas from continuing to insult the commander. Enraged by this, Trebol tries to set his highly flammable glue on fire to finally get rid of Law, however, the latter only wants to provoke his opponent to lure him to him.

The effects of the explosive glue

Quick as a flash he creates a “Room” and brings his severed arm under control, which still holds his sword. Using the “Die” attack, he slashes Trebol, whereupon the glue ignites and a large explosion occurs. Luffy and Doflamingo manage to escape, but Law falls from the plateau and ends up on the next level with Nico Robin and her companions.

Law has defeated Trebol

That leaves only Luffy and Donquixote Doflamingo in a fight to the death and for the fate of all of Dress Rosa.
