Foodvalten is in the New World. In the past, the island was under Whitebeard’s protection before he fell in the Battle of Marine Ford. The pirate Brownbeard later arrived on the island and claimed it for his own. However, when Basil Hawkins and his gang arrived, a battle ensued between Hawkins and Brownbeard, with the latter losing and fleeing the island.
