Dr. Fishbonen is a doctor at Marineford.
He treated all the soldiers of the navy who had been injured during the battle. He thus took care of Koby, among others. Hearing everyone’s thoughts, Dr. Fishbonen told Koby that it was probably because his Haki had awakened, which would also show that Koby had a lot of potential.
