Charlotte Basskarte is the 13th son of Charlotte Linlin and the 22nd child of the Charlotte family. He is the second oldest of his triplet siblings around Charlotte Nut Pie and Charlotte Dosmarche. He is also a member of Big Mom’s Pirates.

Appearance
Basskarte is a stocky man who wears an oversized fuchsia jacket that also covers his entire arms. He also masks most of his face and wears a headband, but it barely tames his orange mane.
In the anime, he also shows off his oversized mouth, which is studded with pointy teeth.
Personality
Like most of his siblings, Basskarte is loyal to his mother.
Skills & Strengths
For reasons as yet unexplained, Basskarte is able to shoot fire from his sleeves at his enemies.
In the anime, he could even fire a giant fireball from his mouth.
History
The Tea Party From Hell
Basskarte attended the wedding between Pudding and Sanji with his siblings, sitting near the Vinsmokes with Zuccotto, Oven, and Daifuku, as he was also involved in the plan to take down Germa 66 during the wedding. Together with Perospero and his other siblings, he tried to finish off the Vinsmokes. However, after destroying the wedding cake and Carmel’s picture, the entire Big Mom pirate gang was incapacitated due to Big Mom’s bloodcurdling scream. Only after Katakuri produced earplugs for everyone were they able to counterattack and attack the Alliance, who had retreated into Bege’s body after the assassination attempt on the Empress failed. After launching a diversionary maneuver, Basskarte ineffectively attacked the Germa 66. However, the Tamatebako unexpectedly exploded, causing the castle to collapse. Only through Streusen’s efforts, who turned the castle into soft dough thanks to his devil powers, did the pirate gang survive the fall. As a result, the Big Mom pirate gang split up with different goals. Basskarte joined Nusstorte in pursuit of the Germa. However, they were all defeated by the Vinsmokes and subsequently thrown into the sea.
Arrival on Wano Country
It is later learned that he survived this, as along with his mother and several siblings, he pursued the Straw Hats on the Queen Mama Chanter to Wano Country, where the Emperor Kaidou, with whom Big Mom had already conversed via Den-den Mushi, ruled. However, their arrival did not go unnoticed and they were attacked by Kaidou’s underlings while attempting to infiltrate the country via a waterfall. With the help of Perospero’s devil powers, they initially managed to repel the attacks, but at the top of the waterfall they encountered King, one of the three disasters of the Beasts Pirates. King attacked the ship, caused it to fall, and pushed the Big Mom pirates present toward the sea.
While their mother was lost, the siblings survived the fall unscathed. Through their mother’s Vivre Card, they knew that she was still alive as well. Later, they learned of an alliance between the two emperors and launched another attempt to climb the waterfall on the day of the Fire Festival, but once again a flying Devil Fruit user, Marco, appeared and pushed them down.
