Alba is a young woman who watched Vice Admiral Tokikake play golf on Gran Tesoro as a spectator and fan.
Appearance
Alba is a young and attractive woman with short blue hair and very long legs. She wears a pink cap only with a sun visor, a strap top of the same color and a pair of short white pants with a pink-green pattern at the bottom. Furthermore, she wears a band around her waist with a similar pattern to the pants.
Present
With three other women, Alba cheered on Vice Admiral Tokikake as he played golf and praised him for his brilliant tee shot while the Turtle Car Race was in progress. When the three Straw Hat Pirates, Monkey D. Luffy, Tony Tony Chopper, and Usopp, drove their car off the race course, it landed in their immediate vicinity on the golf course. Startled, they all swerved and marveled as Luffy used his devil powers to get the cart back on track.
